Valencia residential home
The "La Casa Nostra" is a residential home in Valencia for physically and mentally disabled persons with limited financial resources. It was opened on 31 May 2004.
It is regarded as having the most advanced techniques for the treatment of such disabilities.
In 2004, the Esther Koplowitz Foundation handed over to the City Council of Valencia a residential home for physically and mentally disabled adults, equipped with the latest advances in the treatment of such conditions. Here, residents receive personalised attention according to their needs, which brings peace of mind to their families. The home has 60 in-house guests and 40 places in the Day Care Centre. Designed by architects Rafael Alcón and Julio Lacomba, it is located in an area of significant expansion in the city, with wide avenues and open spaces.
The construction of this home by the Esther Koplowitz Foundation has its origin in the constant concern of its President for those in society that are most in need.
